Island Sky® Corporation patented air-to-water technology produces more water in varied climates with less electricity consumption than most air to water devices worldwide.  Headquartered in Hollywood, Florida USA, Island Sky® Corporation is a publicly traded company listed on the Australian stock exchange (ASX).

Island Sky's mission is to provide low-cost, high-quality drinking water to people in every corner of the world and alleviate the global water crisis, getting water to those in need. Skywater® atmospheric water machines provide fresh water in remote areas and areas with drought
and contamination.

Island Sky® currently designs, manufacturers and distributes air-to-water machines (also known as atmospheric water generators) from its production facilities in China, Mexico and India and is seeking additional manufacturing opportunities in South Africa and Europe. Island Sky® has defined global markets with distribution in key regions worldwide. Find out more about distribution opportunities...

Owner and CEO, Richard Groden, founded the company in 2004. The inspiration to invent water machines occurred while vacationing in the Caribbean island of Mystique. Richard witnessed severe water shortages caused by contamination and drought, yet water was dripping from an air conditioner. At that moment he realized the solution has been right under our noses. The technology of converting air to water is similar to the condensation from an air conditioner and the functioning of a dehumidifier. To maximize the production of water, Richard later teamed up with refrigeration engineer, Thomas Merrit, to develop and patent Island Sky’s adiabatic distillation, the innovative process to extract vapor from the atmosphere in high volume. Today, Island Sky® atmospheric water generators lead the industry in water production and lower electricity consumption across varied climates.

As Island Sky® products continue to evolve, research and development will focus on initiatives designed to enhance product performance. Efforts are underway to create the next generation of water products by combining air-to-water technology with wind and solar power, removing the Skywater® 300 completely from the power grid.
